Roughcasting
Roughcast is a popular and practical finish for properties across Scotland. Its textured surface creates a hard-wearing exterior designed to cope with demanding weather conditions while giving the property a smart, traditional appearance.
We can remove or prepare existing finishes as required before applying the new system, paying particular attention to corners, openings and detailing to achieve a neat, consistent result.
Rendering
For homeowners looking for a smoother or more contemporary appearance, rendering provides a clean exterior finish with a wide range of options available.
A new rendered finish can modernise an older property, complement an extension or form part of a wider exterior renovation.
More than appearance
Damaged, cracked or deteriorating exterior finishes can allow weather to affect the underlying walls.
Replacing ageing roughcast or render helps protect the building fabric as well as improving the appearance of your home.
Our team will assess the existing surface and carry out the necessary preparation before applying the new finish, rather than simply covering over existing problems.
